
CLARA MONTEIRO
Sobral/Brazil (1992). Master in Artistic Research and Aesthetic Education from Universidad de Jaén (Spain). Graduated in Theater from Universidade Federal do Ceará (Brazil). Specialist in Contemporary Dance from Associação de Bailarinos, Coreógrafos e Professores de Dança do Ceará (Prodança/Brasil).
Clara has worked in the field of performing arts for almost 15 years, researching and developing projects in multiple artistic languages based on the relationships between body, word and image.
In the academic field, Clara carried out international artistic research, being awarded European scholarships, such as: Beca de Atracción Al Talento de la Universidad de Jaén (Spain), and Beca de Prácticas Eramus+ linked to the Associaçao de Professores de Artes Visuais de Viseu (Portugal).
At an artistic level, she was a resident artist at the Gil Vicente Academic Theater (Portugal), as well as a guest actress for the Drama and Theater Studies Degree at Trinity College Dublin (Ireland), and currently develops multidisciplinary projects between Theatre, Dance and Audiovisual in the city from Valladolid (Spain).
In her professional career, Clara has experience as an actress, dancer, director, teacher and cast trainer, working in artistic projects in different countries, such as: Brazil, Portugal, Spain, Ireland and Germany.
